We may collect personal information that can identify you such as your name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address and other documents that can identify you.

When you provide personal information through our website, the portion of the information given to us will be sent to our Jury members, located in the United States.

The Jury members are only given your full name, age, the instrument you play, and the submitted video and music files.

 

We may collect and store any personal information you submit on our website. This includes identifying information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number, and financial information such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date, or other financial information). We also may request information about your biographical data, activities, your gender and age, your opinion about our events and services that we offer, and other information.

 

We may collect and store personal information about other people that you provide to us, such as relatives, teachers, colleagues, etc. We may also store your personal information and the personal information of each such people.

 

How we use the information we collect. We may use information that we collect about you to:

  - evaluate your information, records, etc. for the main purposes of verifying your application for competitions held by NYIFAC;

  - perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our events, services, or content;

  - communicate with you by e-mail, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about events;

  - develop and display content for marketing and promotional purposes

  - verify your eligibility and deliver prizes to participants;

  - provide you with updates and other information relating to the competition;

  - manage and perform our full functions as described to you at the time of collection;

  - find and prevent fraud;

 

We provide information about our personal data practices for children on our home page and wherever we knowingly collect personal data from children on our Website.
