APPLICATION PROCEDURE
* Accepting the Online Application only.
* All artists must upload their artworks in the online application when submitting the application.
ELIGIBILITY
* The competition is open to all artists of ages 29 and below from all around the world.
* Accepted artworks are
- Painting
- Drawing
- Graphic Design
- Photography
- Digital
- Printing
* Animation, film, performing art, sculpture, and crafts are NOT accepted.
CATEGORY
* Accepted category according to the age categories :
Age 9 and below : Painting, Drawing
Age 10-12 : Painting, Drawing
Age 13-15 : Painting, Drawing
Age 16-18 : Painting, Drawing, Graphic Design, Photography
Age 19-29 : Painting, Drawing, Graphic Design, Photography, Digital, Printing
* Title : Updated later for 2023
* Submitting 1 image of your chosen category is eligible.
* Several images of the same artwork are also accepted. (Optional but recommended)
REQUIREMENTS
* Accepted image files : jpg (recommended) or all other image types.
* All of the images of your artwork must be originally created by yourself or created by an artist who authorized you to submit the images on his/her behalf.
* Your artworks must NOT include material that is pornographic, sexually explicit, racist, political, and violent.
* If any unaccepted artwork is found in your portfolio, the participants will be disqualified without notification.
* In order to clearly evaluate the participants’ artwork, the images must be of sufficiently high quality.
* Your artwork must be created within 1 year prior to the application submission.
* Jury’s comments will not be disclosed.
* All jury’s decisions are final and appeal is not accepted.
